<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling embedded luminaire capable of facilitating replacement work of a light source, since a cylindrical body in an expanded skirt shape is provided in a frame covering the peripheral fringe of the opening of a luminaire body, and the frame hard to hold can be easily pulled down by using it as a frame pulling part. <P>SOLUTION: A luminaire body 10 having an opening in its lower surface is provided. A light source 40 disposed in the inside of the luminaire body 10 is provided. A frame 30 covering the peripheral fringe of the opening of the luminaire body 10 is provided. A translucent plate 50 supported by the frame 30 while covering the opening part in the lower surface of the luminaire body 10 is provided. A V-shaped spring 70 both leg parts of which expand upward in a V shape is provided. The intersection of the V-shaped spring 70 is mounted to the frame 30. A bracket 11 to elastically accept both legs of the V-shaped spring 70 is formed on the inside surface of the luminaire body 10. The bracket 11 elastically supports the frame 30 through the V-shaped spring 70. The cylindrical body 60 mounted along the frame 30 is provided.
