<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic book device making a user reading contents of book data hardly to lose a reading portion. <P>SOLUTION: This electronic book device 1 displaying the contents expressed by the book data electronized with contents of a book on a display part (a display screen) 14 detects a view line of the user by a view line detection part 15 to decide a position to which the user pays attention on the display part 14, and emphasizes and displays contents of the portion inside the book data displayed with the contents in the decided position by reverse display or the like of color.
