PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door attachment system easy in the mounting of a door to a vehicle body by making a vehicle body movement speed of a conveyor and a door transfer speed of a door attachment machine synchronize with each other. SOLUTION: The door attachment system having a synchronous traveling function includes a traveling rail fixed in the same direction as the conveyor in an upper space of the conveyor; a frame member mounted movably along the traveling rail; a synchronous drive part mounted to the frame member and making the movement of the frame member and the movement speed of the conveyor coincident with each other; the door attachment machine mounted to the frame member and transferring the door to an assembling position of the vehicle body; and a control panel for performing the operation of the synchronous drive part by the selection of a worker. The synchronous drive part includes a drive roller selectively contacted with the traveling rail; a turning/transferring part for selectively contacting the drive roller with the traveling rail; and a roller drive part for rotating the drive roller so that the frame member is moved along the traveling rail.
