PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution which simplifies structure for attaching to a target and which facilitates an attaching operation. SOLUTION: A fiber head 30 includes a mouthpiece 20 comprising a bulged-out flange part 21 and a screw part 22 with a groove 22a formed on the outer circumference. Inside the mouthpiece 20, a through-hole 24 is formed in which an optical fiber 10 should be inserted. In addition, on one end face of the mouthpiece 20, there is formed an engaging groove 25 to which a tool for tightening the screw part 22 is fitted. Further, a light guiding hole 27 is formed in the mouthpiece 20 so that light from the optical fiber 10 is guided to the outside from the one end face on which the engaging groove 25 is formed.
