PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating air conditioner at least primarily preventing foreign matter from returning to a compressor from an accumulator when washing piping, and secondly recovering the foreign matter in a short time. SOLUTION: A heat source side unit comprises an accumulator having a function of separatively recovering the foreign matter in the existing piping, and a recovery container for recovering the foreign matter separated in the accumulator. The lower part of the accumulator is provided with oil return piping for returning refrigerator oil to the compressor through a flow regulating means. The refrigerator oil flows to the oil return piping during normal air-conditioning/heating operation, and the flow regulating means is totally closed during piping washing and foreign matter recovery operation.
