PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for solving the problem that a connection defect is increased by displacement caused when connected and positional deviation due to contraction of a substrate and reliability is reduced in a connection step of a panel array substrate and a stick substrate. SOLUTION: The whole shape of the stick substrate 103 is formed in a rectangular shape (Lx1×Ly1) and adjacent electrode pads are disposed to be displaced from each other in a direction Y by Ts. Thereby, drawn-out wiring lines of the panel array substrate and drawn-out-wiring lines of the stick substrate can be connected with high accuracy and an electrooptical apparatus having high yield and satisfactory display characteristics is obtained.
