PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sucking and splashing device of a very small amount of a liquid preventing air from leaking into a liquid from the tip of the nozzle immersed in the liquid when the liquid is sucked. SOLUTION: The sucking and splashing device of a very small amount of the liquid is equipped with a common flow channel 10, the first and second branched flow channels 11 and 12 branched to be arranged on the upstream side of the common flow channel 10, the positive pressure producing means 1 arranged on the upstream side of the first branched flow channel 11, the negative pressure producing means 2 arranged on the upstream side of the second branched flow channel 12, the on-off valve 3 connected to the common flow channel 10 on the downstream side thereof, an electrical control part 4 for controlling the on-off of the on-off valve 3 and the extremely fine pipe 5 provided to the on-off valve 3 to suck/splash the liquid and has a changeover means 6 for changing over the on-off valve 3 from a negative pressure state to a positive pressure state in the closed state of the on-off valve 3 and once bringing the on-off valve 3 to an atmospheric pressure state from the positive pressure state to change over the same to the negative pressure state.
