COATING APPARATUS FOR CONSTRUCTION PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating apparatus for a construction plate which enables clear coating while preventing a coating head from colliding against the construction plate. SOLUTION: In the coating apparatus, a measuring means 6 is arranged at the side of an inlet of a coating means in the conveying direction, which measures a maximum height in a direction orthogonal to the conveying direction for a height of a coating face 1a from a reference plane 2a as one horizontal plane set below the coating face 1a of the construction plate 1. When receiving the measured results of the measuring means 6, a controlling means 7 obtains the maximum value of the measured results for every predetermined length in the conveyance direction of the construction plate 1, and drives an elevator means 5 so that a height position from the reference plane 2a of the coating head 3 becomes larger by a predetermined value H than the maximum value (t) obtained with the predetermined length that includes a part of the construction plate 1 passed under the coating head 3.
