PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user from being replaced with someone else in acquiring biological information belonging to a face image and a hand and also to prevent unauthorized acquisition of the biological information belonging to the hand of the user. SOLUTION: The face image of the user is photographed by a digital camera 24. Then, fingerprint data of the user 14 are acquired by a fingerprint acquisition part 40. On a side wall 71 of a photography room 12 a monitor camera 74 as a wide-angle lens camera is arranged. In acquiring the fingerprint data, a monitor image in which the hand of the user 14 and the face of the user 14 have been photographed simultaneously and together is acquired by the monitor camera 74 and outputted to a controller 33.
