PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article whose substrate surface having irregularity and a coating on its substrate surface demonstrate outstanding adhesion-preventing, antifouling, oil-repellent properties, etc. to external materials. SOLUTION: Ceramic particles 3 are fixed as uniformly as possible or at a desired distribution density by Teflon(R)-containing nickel plating on the surface of a substrate 1, and Teflon(R) particles in a Teflon(R)-containing nickel coat 3 are fixed too; wherein the substrate 1 comprises stainless steel or an equivalent material that allows a plating, such as Teflon(R) containing nickel plating, on its surface. Tops of ceramic particles 2 project in a suitable density from the surface of the Teflon(R)-containing nickel coat 3 and form a proper irregularity, thereby achieving abrasion resistance, releasability (lubricity) and conductivity simultaneously. the result allows demonstrating outstanding adhesion preventing, antifouling, oil-repelling properties and so on.
