发明名称 MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic capacitor having no deformation of an exterior case in high-temperature reflow and having high sealing accuracy. SOLUTION: The electrolytic capacitor is configured in such a manner that an aluminum-manganese alloy having a tensile strength in a range of 150-180 kg/cm<SP>2</SP>is used as the exterior case of the electrolytic capacitor, and the exterior case having an exterior coated with an epoxy resin is used. The aluminum-manganese alloy whose tensile strength is in a range of 150-180 kg/cm<SP>2</SP>has a strength enough to prevent the deformation of the exterior case even in high-temperature reflow and proper flexibility. Thus, even in a caulking process of the electrolytic capacitor, a resin coating layer can be prevented from being worn out due to contact of a caulking jig. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
