PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger which easily distributes the flow of an internal fluid while receiving the least load of the internal fluid. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger has: an elongate inlet side tank 120 connected to one longitudinal end side of a plurality of laminated tubes 111; and an inlet pipe 121a projected from a wall surface along the longitudinal direction of the inlet side tank 120 and communicating with the inside of the inlet side tank 120. The heat exchanger is provided with a parting plate 123 formed in plate shape, which partitions the inside of the inlet side tank 120 in two parts in a longitudinal direction being shifted from the center of a projection area where the inner diameter part of the inlet pipe 121a is projected into the inlet side tank 120, and disposed so that its plate face 123a extends along the axial direction of the inlet pipe 121a, divides a fluid flowing in from the inlet pipe 121a, by a plate-like end part 123b, and distributes the fluid to obtain a predetermined flow ratio to one side and the other side in the longitudinal direction of the inlet side tank 120.
