PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air heating furnace capable of keeping the supply quantity of hot air almost constant even if the temperature of supplied hot air is changed. SOLUTION: This air heating furnace 1 comprises a burner 2 and a cylindrical combustion chamber 3 having pressure tightness. The front end face 7 of a burner body 4 constituting the burner 2 is shaped to have a conical step part 9 formed recessed inside, and its center part is formed with a fuel supply hole 10 jetting fuel 18 from a fuel passage 5. Further, a side face of the fuel passage 5 is formed with a first air supply hole 11 for blowing one air 19a out of air 19. The conical step part 9 is formed with a second air supply hole 12 for blowing the other air 19b out of the air 19, and an outer part of the conical step part 9 is formed with a third air supply opening 14 blowing residual air 19c out of the air 19.
