PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article capable of resolving the stiff shoulders and the apnea by changing the posture and relaxing a user, since, when focusing the attention on the fact that increase of desk work using a personal computer produces an unrelaxing state and an increasing number of persons are suffered from the stiff shoulders at present, its main factor is considered to be the state of being forced to stay in the same posture for prolonged hours. SOLUTION: This backrest 1 can swing the upper half body of the user in the front/rear and right/left and is formed to adjust the swing angle, speed and time for preventing the user from taking the same posture for a long period of time, when he/she works using the personal computer and the like sitting on a chair or a legless chair.
