PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for integrally forming a pin used for a pierced earring, and the pierced earring having the pin based on the method as a component element. SOLUTION: In the method for integrally forming the pin 3 in the pierced earring, a rotating rod-shaped metal material is cut by a bite 51 to form a reduced diameter portion being substantially linear and having a diameter the same as a pin body 31 and an increased diameter portion having a diameter the same as the total width of supporting shafts 33 on both sides of the pin 3 or a maximum diameter, and the supporting shafts 33 on both sides are molded by turning of an end mill 52 or laser cut and then the end of the pin is cut. The pierced earring is formed by inserting the supporting shafts 33 of the integrally molded pin 3 into shaft receiving portions 2 projecting from a surface of an ear abutment portion 1 on the opposite side to a surface abutting on the ear.
