Heating fluid, for cyclic heating systems with water as heat transfer medium, comprises a mixture of normal tap water and conventional compressed gel; where the gel is added to the water to a saturation of up to 30 vol.%, the mixture slows down the loss of temperature to up to 50% and the heating is achieved at 40-80[deg]C, related to the heating system, and the existing non low-temperature plant working beyond 50[deg]C exhibits a slow heat loss of greater than 50%.
