<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor capable of preventing cracks from generating in an elastic sealing member, while fully securing the sealability of the elastic sealing member. <P>SOLUTION: The elastic sealing member 60 is provided with five lead wire insertion holes 61 to form a set with a lead wire 46, and one of the lead wire insertion holes 61 is arranged at the center of the elastic sealing member 60. The first stress relaxation groove 63 is provided at the rear end side of the elastic sealing member 60. A recess 64 of the first stress relaxation groove 63 is formed to arrange own bottom face, between a rear end 50 of the third outer cylinder part 58 and a rear end 93 of a bottom part 90 of an inner recess 99.
