OPERATION CONTROL METHOD OF REFORMER FOR FUEL CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the operation control method of a reformer for a fuel cell capable of preventing the deposition of a carbonaceous material in a reforming reaction part by preventing supply of only a hydrocarbon raw material to the reforming part when the operation of the reformer for the fuel cell is started.

SOLUTION: The operation control method of the reformer for the fuel cell is that the presence of water vapor in a hydrocarbon raw material vaporization part is detected with a means for detecting the presence of the water vapor installed in the hydrocarbon raw material vaporization part or on the downstream side of the hydrocarbon raw material vaporization part, and then the supply of a hydrocarbon raw material to the hydrocarbon raw material vaporization part is started.
