PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly and efficiently heat an underfloor space and a floor face over a wide area while reducing the number of heat storage type underfloor heater bodies installed without increasing the volume of each heat storage type underfloor heater body. SOLUTION: This heat storage type underfloor heater heats the underfloor spaceδand a floor panel F by radiant heat from a heat radiating plate 2 disposed on the upper face of the heat storage type underfloor heater body 1, wherein the heat radiating area of the heat radiating plate 2 is made larger than the area of the upper face of the heat storage type underfloor heater body 1.
