<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor capable of reducing the vibration of a housing. <P>SOLUTION: The motor comprises a clutch 30 which is held on the gear housing 21 and connected to a motor rotating shaft 6 and a worm shaft 23 and which transmits rotating force from the motor rotating shaft 6 to the worm shaft 23 and does not transmit rotating force from the worm shaft 23 to the motor rotating shaft 6 depending on whether holding a rolling element 32 inside a cylindrical collar 31 or not.
