PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable coating composition which has a good wettability and adhesion to polyolefinic resin molding substrates and an excellent top coat adhesion. SOLUTION: The curable coating composition for polyolefinic resin molding substrates contains 0.1-70 pts.wt. of (A) a fluorine-substituted alkyl (meth)acrylate polymer and 99.9-30 pts.wt. of (B) a curable compound. The fluorine-substituted alkyl (meth)acrylate polymer (A) is a copolymer of 1-80 wt.% in the aggregate of (a1) an alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer and/or (a2) a (meth)acrylate-based monomer having at least one of the groups consisting of a hydroxyl group, carboxyl group, ether group and phosphoric acid group and 99-20 wt.% of (a3) a fluorine-substituted alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer or a homopolymer of the fluorine-substituted alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer (a3) and has a molecular weight by weight of 2,000-300,000.
