PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroerosion-preventing rolling bearing capable of preventing the breakage of a ceramics sprayed coating when pressed and fitted into a housing or a shaft. SOLUTION: A chamfered portion 1c is provided between an inner diameter face 1a and a width face 1b of an inner ring 1, and the ceramics sprayed coating 4 is provided as an insulating layer over a range from the inner diameter face 1a to the width face 1b. Smoothing work such as polishing work is applied to a portion 4a on the surface of the sprayed coating 4 corresponding to the inner ring inner diameter face 1a and to a portion 4c corresponding to the chamfered portion 1c to smooth the surface of a boundary 4ac between the inner ring inner diameter face 1a and the chamfered portion 1c.
