PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable efficient coupling of a signal from a PLC (Power Line Communication) modem with an AC power distribution line, and efficient fetching of a signal on the AC power distribution line into the PLC modem. SOLUTION: A signal line 4 from a PLC modem 11 of a base station 75 implemented in the vicinity of a power distribution board 71 is made to penetrate in series through magnetic cores 2a1, 2a2, 2a3, which are respectively provided on distribution lines Ra, Sa, Ta of a system formed by an AC power distribution line 17 by means of a signal line 4a, and thereafter, the signal line 4b is made to penetrate in series through magnetic cores 2b1, 2b2, 2b3, which are respectively provided on distribution lines Rb, Sb, Tb of a system formed by an AC power distribution line 73. Further, the signal line 4c is made to penetrate in series through magnetic cores 2c1, 2c2, 2c3, which are respectively provided on distribution lines Rc, Sc, Tc of a system formed by an AC power distribution line 74, and then returned to the PLC modem 11 via a signal line 4'.
