PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission chain which maintains durability without causing a lack of strength of a link even if misalignment between pulleys occurs, and also to provide a power transmission device using the same. SOLUTION: The power transmission chain 1 is equipped with a plurality of links 2 and pin members 3. The chamfering 5 for relieving the contact surface pressure between links 2 due to misalignment between pulleys is applied to an end edge in a longitudinal direction of the link 2.
