PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plug opener for quickly and safely opening a bottle plug installed on a bottle. SOLUTION: An air blowing fan 12 incorporated with a motor rotor is rotatably supported to a shaft head 132 provided with a motor stator 16, and a fan blade 122 is arranged to a first frame wall 114 forming a first opening 111 expanded by an inclined face. Air sent by a forced air blowing fan is smoothly compressed and accelerated by forming an illustrated downward flow passage as a flow passage expanded again via a squeezed vertical frame wall from the opening 111 for forcibly sending the air by the fan 12, and an air blowing quantity is improved, and noise by air shearing of the fan blade is reduced.
