PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail mounting device easily installable on a building frame without being interfered with the other members even if these members are disposed around the building frame, having simple structure, and usable for general purposes. SOLUTION: This handrail mounting device comprises plate-like brackets 3 vertically standing and each having one or more mounting holes 3b, support pieces 4 integrally joined to the brackets 3, at least one socket standing at the ends of the support pieces 4, and tightening members P installed on the support pieces 4 on the opposite sides of the brackets 3.
