PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device which prevents an erroneous locking operation by associating the validity or invalidity of the locking operation of one lock-equipped drawer with the opened/closed state of the other drawers with no lock. SOLUTION: This locking device is equipped with a locking-operation control means L3 which inhibits the locking operation for the lock L1 provided in the second drawer B, when the first drawer A unequipped with the lock L1 is in an opened position, and which permits the locking operation for the lock L1 when the first drawer A is in a closed position.
