PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolysis system based on novel constitution and a novel principle by which power consumption is remarkably reduced as compared with the one power source electrolysis in the conventional technology. SOLUTION: The electrolysis system is provided with: a driving anode 21 inserted into an electrolyte 4 and for performing oxidation reaction with negative ions in an electrolyte 4; a driving cathode 22 directly opposed to the driving anode 21 and inserted in parallel to each other into the electrolyte 4 to perform reduction reaction with positive ions in the electrolyte 4; and an induction electric flux line forming means (11, 12) for superposing an induction electric flux line in the same direction as that of a driving electric flux line extending from the driving anode 21 to the driving cathode 22 on the driving electric flux line. The oxidation reaction and the reduction reaction are started by potential difference generated between driving anode 21 and the driving cathode 22 by the superposition of the induction electric flux line on the driving electric flux line.
