PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder detergent composition and to provide a method for treating the same, imparting retentive good firm and resilient feelings to the fiber product in usual washing process in ordinary homes by improving the object to be washed from inside of the fiber. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the powder detergent composition and method for treating fiber products by using the same, comprising (a) an alkoxysilane represented by following general formula (I), (b) a surfactant, and (c) an aluminosilicate.
