PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit the generation of scum in a row on an individual ink chamber wall member, even if an interfacial region with a resin layer formed in a part as an internal space of an individual ink chamber becomes compatible, by molding the individual ink chamber wall member in a solvent coat using a solvent by strong solvency power. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the inkjet head comprises: a step 1 to prepare a substrate 1 with a plurality of molded ink discharge energy generation elements 2; a step 2 to form the resin layer containing a resin soluble by a solution and a photobase generator in a part forming the inner space 4a of the individual ink chamber; a step 3 to form a coat, by a solvent coating step using an individual ink chamber wall member material 4 containing the photobase generator in a way that the coat covers the resin layer and the substrate 1; a step 4 to mold the individual ink chamber wall member by curing the individual ink chamber wall member material 4 formed in a coat in the step 3 by emitted active energy radiation, and forming an ink discharge aperture 6; and a step 5 to dissolve the resin layer formed in the step 2 by the solution and form an internal space of the individual ink chamber.
