PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white-colored organic phosphor compound which is robust by having a quinacridone skeleton and oxadiazoline skeleton, having good processability and emitting white-colored light with high brightness, and a light-emitting element. SOLUTION: This white-colored organic phosphor compound is expressed by formula (1) and the light-emitting element by using the same is also provided. It is possible to provide the white-colored organic phosphor compound suitable as a light-emitting material of an EL element having high brightness, a highly pure white color and a long life, and utilizable as various white light-emitting bodies including the organic EL element.
