PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic useful for supplementing the reduction of dermal moisture-keeping function caused by excess load of environmental stress. SOLUTION: The liquid cosmetic in a microemulsion shape having 5,000-15,000 mPa s viscosity contains (1) a ceramide and (2) a polymer or a copolymer such as a poly(meth)acryloyloxyethylphosphorylcholine, a (meth)acryloyloxyethylphosphorylcholine-alkyl (meth)acrylate copolymer, a poly(meth)acryloyl lysine and a poly(glucosylethyl acrylate). Ceramide type 2 is preferable as the ceramide, and the poly(meth)acryloyloxyethylphosphorylcholine is preferable as the polymer or the copolymer. The liquid cosmetic preferably has activities for supplementing the reduction of the dermal moisture-keeping function caused by the excess load of the environmental stress.
