PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain vibrations of a control arm due to a driving reaction force of an in-wheel motor without deteriorating riding comfort performance at normal time. SOLUTION: A shock absorber is provided which can change an attenuating force, so as to change the attenuating force of a shock absorber 7 to a "hard" side as a change ratioρof the driving torque of the in-wheel motor is larger. Or, an air spring is provided which can change a coefficient of elasticity, so as to change a coefficient of elasticity of the air spring to a "hard" side as the change ratioρof the driving torque of the in-wheel motor is larger.
