Grinder (1 ; 40) comprising a receptacle (2) which holds the material (M) to be ground, containing: one rotor (3; 41 ) provided with a plurality of shaped teeth (7) and one stator (4) arranged parallel to the rotor (3; 41 ) and provided with a shaped profile (8) facing towards the shaped teeth (7) to grind the material (M); a loading area (9) for the material (M) to be ground located above the rotor (3; 41 ); a grinding area (10) located at the level of the shaped teeth (7) and the shaped profile (8); a collection area (11 ) for the ground material located below the grinding area (10); motors (5) intended to rotate the rotor (3; 41 ). Adjustment devices (13; 30) are provided and are intended to modify the distance (H) of the shaped profile (8) of the stator (4) with respect to the shaped teeth (7) of the rotor (3; 41 ).
