A system for operating a traffic ticket in a lottery type is provided to improve an operation of a traffic operation subject with increased profitability and promote mass transportation by assigning a lottery chance to the traffic ticket whenever the traffic ticket passes a gate, determining a prize when the traffic ticket passes the gate, and instantly paying prize money. A lottery server(16) generates prize information of each station by randomly extracting a code number and frequently changed data transmitted through the Internet. A lottery client/media server(17) installed to each station is connected to the lottery server on a daily fixed time through the Internet. If the lottery client/media server requests the prize information, the lottery server transmits the prize information to the lottery client/media server. The lottery client/media server stops AD(ADvertisement) of a signboard(12) placed to an upper part of the gate and an AD board(15) placed to a lower part of a guide board. The lottery client/media server transmits the prize information to the signboard and the AD board. |
