摘要 A method for manufacturing an electroluminescence device is provided to improve the productivity by facilitating change of a size or a shape of the electroluminescence device. An electroluminescence device includes a first electrode(11) of an optically transparent tubular shape, an electroluminescence layer(15) formed on an inner surface of the first electrode, and a second electrode(16) formed on an inner surface of the electroluminescence layer. A lyophilic with respect to an electroluminescence layer forming liquid is applied to the inner surface of the first electrode. The electroluminescence layer forming liquid is conducted into and out of the inside of the first electrode to form a liquid film of the electroluminescence layer forming liquid on the inner surface of the first electrode. An electroluminescence layer is formed by drying the liquid film of the electroluminescence layer forming liquid formed on the inner surface of the first electrode.
