Provided are a control method of a golf swing training machine that a golfer can impact a golf ball comfortably by maintaining the state that the golf ball is not installed in an aim step and the state that the golf ball is installed in an impact step, and a golf swing training machine using the same. The control method of a golf swing training machine comprises the steps of: measuring step for enabling a microcomputer(40) to measure a swing interval of a golfer using a detecting sensor(30); a golf ball supplying step for enabling a microcomputer to install a golf ball on a tee up(20,20') by driving a golf ball supply module(50,50',50") based on the measured swing interval; and an impact step for maintaining the golf ball as it is while a club head impacts the golf ball installed on the tee up by a golfer's swing.
