A method for performing marketing through 6-sigma methodology is provided to construct business partnership recognized to a customer as a strategic partner needed for attaining a business goal by converting a product, a service, and a solution into business asset of the customer through relation management for a core and strategic customer. An MFSS(Marketing For Six Sigma) management server receives information for a project selection result and a project goal/scope(S100). The server receives basic data for a future accounting plan through customer analysis(S200). The server receives execution plan information for taking out a business chance to contribute for the business goal of the customer, and constructing the business partnership and business chance realization to improve a customer relation level(S300). The server receives the modified accounting plan by reflecting important issues, business chance omission, and business chance priority of a customer side, and a corresponding customer proposal result(S400). The server receives the fixed accounting and executing plan based on a result agreed with the customer(S500). |
