A tissue paper mixed with make-up cream and oriental medical herbs based on wormwood is provided to increase the moisture while providing the effects of the oriental medical herbs. The crude liquid obtained by mixing high density extracts extracted from oriental medical herbs and hydrophilic make-up cream/lotion is applied on at least one surface of a tissue paper made of natural pulp or is mixed with paper material. The crude liquid has a moisturizing function and is eluted from the paper by additional supply of moisture. The extracts of the oriental medical herbs are from at least one of wormwood, Maximowiczia chinensis, Rhizoma CNIDII, nutgall, ginseng. |
