A solution for managing experts in the Internet is provided to enable the expert to efficiently manage information, and integrally manage billing and scheduling through a one-person community site in an expert portal site. A member register(221) registers the expert as a member of the expert portal site. The registered expert receives detail information for usage and basic registration particulars for knowing a function of an expert my-office(230). A my-office generator(231) generates the my-office by receiving setting from a service manager(232). The service manager sets up billing, cancellation, and settlement confirmation for all communities, and manages sales. An office tool(233) provides effect related to design of the my-office which is the one-person community. A content manager(234) manages all contents uploaded to the my-office. A schedule manager(235) efficiently manages a schedule of the expert. |
