PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide healthy equipment which can apply a proper stimulation without giving pains on the footpad even after using for long hours, and also, can move the overall foot. SOLUTION: This healthy equipment is equipped with a base which is split in two and can be folded, and a pair of a right foot rubbing body and a left foot rubbing body which are provided on the base and come into contact with the footpads. The right foot rubbing body and the left foot rubbing body are arranged into an inverted V shape for which the interval gradually becomes narrower in the toe direction or the heel direction. Also, slidability in the toe direction and the heel direction is increased so that the footpads may become iteratively easier to slide in the toe direction and the heel direction.
