The storage device has a locally fixed external housing (10) with access opening (13) closed by a door (23) and containing a centrally rotatable integrated internal partitioned housing (17) which is coaxial with the cylindrical external housing and is open radially without walls. The outer distal edges of the partition walls closely adjoin radially with only a small gap the sleeve (16) of the external housing so as to rotate free of friction. The device can have drainage base, ventilation arrangement , electric heater or dryer. The access door can be a sliding or swivel door. It can have a coin, key or code lock (24).
