<p>A molding apparatus capable of manufacturing a plurality of three-dimensionally curved molded products by using a rapidly and securely releasable mold. A curved core and a slide core are disposed in a cavity and a movable die and a fixed die are closed in the raised state of an extrusion pin. A molten metal pressurizingly pouring cylinder is connected to the mold and a molten metal is pressurizingly poured in the cavity. After the molten metal is solidified, the mold is opened and the molded products, a biscuit, a runner, and a gate in an integrated state are extruded from the movable die with a takeout pin. Next, a firing pin block is advanced between the movable die and the fixed die and the air pressure of the cylinder of each firing pin unit is energized to apply an impact force to the hammered part of these dies by the tip part of a firing pin. Thus, the gate is broken and each molded product is separated from the runner. The separated runner falls together with the biscuit and excluded. Then, the extrusion pin is lowered, and the molded product is fallen by its extruding force to release the molded product from the curved core.</p> |
