<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a fault diagnostic time of a sensor signal processing circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The sensor signal processing circuit has a sensor element 1, a noise filter 2 connected to the sensor element 1, an AD converting register 4 which converts an analog signal output from the sensor element 1 through the noise filter 2 into a digital signal, and a pulse wave output 9 used to diagnose a fault of the AD converting register 4, and the pulse wave output 9 is connected between the noise filter 2 and AD converting register 4; and the noise filter 2 comprises a resistance element 6 which is provided between the sensor element 1 and AD converting register 4 and a capacity element 8 which has one end connected to the resistance element 6 on the side of the AD converting register 4 and the other end connected to a fixed potential 7 through a switch element 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
