<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support application of an individual and concrete response procedure for failure according to an importance level of business. <P>SOLUTION: In this scenario application support method, when a management server 100 receives an event from a business server 114, the management server 100 specifies the business satisfying a variable of a business monitoring condition of a memory 10 on the basis of an attribute of the event.
