<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device of a microjoint with which the direction of burrs generated by cutting the microjoint and the direction of burrs generated by punching with a turret punch press or the like are made so as to be the same direction, deffective cutting caused by the rotation of a product and the rotation of the product after cutting in the horizontal direction by pressing force for positioning the product when cutting the final microjoint part are prevented. <P>SOLUTION: In this cutting device of the microjoint, by providing a lower edge 59 which can be inserted into the underside of the product in the microjoint part, a first upper edge 61 and a second upper edge 63 for cutting the microjoint part in the corner part of the product on the side of the outer periphery of the product and providing a rotation preventing member 62 providing the same contact surface as a contact surface which is provided in the shaft part of the lower edge and brought into contact with the side edge of the product separately in the vicinity on the side of the first upper edge, the product is not rotated in the horizontal direction when cutting the last microjoint part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
