PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entertaining sound communication service. SOLUTION: In a telephone exchange system, a sound data analyzing device has sound data analyzing means for analyzing sound data, while a telephone exchange device 1 comprises: sound data analysis requesting means for requesting analysis of the sound data relating to telephone conversation to the sound data analyzing device on real time; analysis result receiving means for receiving a result of the analysis responding to the request from the sound data analyzing device on real time; a first sound source data acquiring means for acquiring sound source data on real time from sound source data storing means for storing the sound source data in response to the result of the analysis; and a first data providing means for providing the sound source data acquired by the first sound source data acquiring means accompanied with the sound data relating to the communication conversation to a user who are performing the telephone conversation via a network on real time.
