PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform calibration by a configuration which does not require a radio transmitter-receiver only for calibration signals. SOLUTION: A calibration device comprises; calibration signal extraction/frequency conversion means 2-i, 3-i, 4, 5, 6, and 7 which extract calibration signals from outputs of transmission means 11, 14-i, and 15-i and convert them to prescribed reception radio frequencies and output them to reception means 21-i and 23 together with a reception main signal; a relative phase difference detection means 32 which extracts calibration signals classified by antenna elements 1-i, from outputs of the reception means 21-i and 23 and obtains relative phase differences between the calibration signals; and phase correction means 12-i and 22-i which correct phase differences with respect to one or both of a transmission main signal and the reception main signal on the basis of relative phase differences obtained by the relative phase difference detection means 32.
