PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting device for a beer keg and a beer keg equipped with this device, which prevent the beer in the keg from seeping even if a shock is applied to the beer keg in an inclined state. SOLUTION: A coil spring 9 has a recessed part at an end part of a coil wire on an upper surface of the coil spring abutting on a shoulder 13 of a plurality of leg parts 11. In a fitting, five or more leg parts 11 having the shoulder 13 are provided on an outer periphery of the main body part 10 at even intervals so as to disperse a stress with at least two leg parts with respect to the inclination from a horizontal surface of the fitting.
