PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die casting device and a die casting method where the ratio of an amorphous phase included in a molding can be increased. SOLUTION: The die casting device is provided with: sleeves 104 elongating to a vertical direction; a plunger (plunger chip 105) moving to the upper part in a vertical direction within the sleeves 104; a lower die 109 and an upper die 110 arranged at the upper side of the sleeve 104; and a sleeve heater 113 of heating a metallic material arranged on the plunger chip 105 and melting the metallic material.
